Cancellation:
Orders cancelled prior to delivery are subject to a $150 cancellation fee and any running charges. Orders in label format cancelled after delivery, but before the mail date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee and running charges. Any orders shipped on diskette or electronically to the List Renter and cancelled after delivery will require full payment. Cancellations will not be accepted after the mail date and full payment will be due.

Credit Policy:
Full payment for gross names received is due unless we receive computer verification from a bonded mail house.

RESTRICTIONS:

  3. Pre-payment required for new customers
  4. Telemarketing is prohibited
  5. List Rental Agreement must be signed and returned prior to shipping lists
